RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

We understand that scent preferences can vary, which is why we do our best to provide detailed descriptions of each fragrance to help you choose what best fits you.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ahlurescents@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.

REFUND: (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Bulk (Large Quantity) & Wholesale Order Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing our products! Please note that all bulk and wholesale purchases are considered final sale. By placing a bulk or wholesale order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Final Sale Policy:

Due to the significant discounts and customization often associated with bulk and wholesale orders, these purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming.

2. Quality Assurance:

We take great care in providing high-quality products and perform thorough inspections before shipping. If you receive items that are damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.

3. Custom Orders:

If your order involves custom packaging, labeling, or formulations, please note that we cannot make changes once the production process begins.

4. Order Confirmation:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to review all order details, including fragrances, quantities, and sizes, prior to payment. We are unable to accommodate changes after the order has been processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery:

Any delays or issues with shipping are handled promptly, but once the order leaves our facility, we are not liable for carrier-related delays.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM:
Contact one of our Advisors and we will send a return slip and inspect to verify incorrect items were sent. We’ll send the right item!
